NOTICE

  Pursuant to an order dated 4.12.15 of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta, notice is hereby given to the Secured Creditor AND the employees of the Company (In Liquidation) that the matter will be heard on 18.12.15 at 2.00.p.m.before the Hon’ble Company Judge taking Company matters at Court No-16,2nd floor  of the Hon’ble High Court, Calcutta ,to deal with   the stand taken by the State in respect of land of the Company (In Liquidation).
